Stone (2010) Film Short Story :

Probation officer Jack Mabry (Robert De Niro) has half a month left before retirement and wishes to complete out the cases he’s been relegated. One such case is that of Gerald “Stone” Creeson (Edward Norton), an indicted torchist who is up for parole. Jack is at first hesitant to enjoy Stone in the coarse talk he wishes to seek after and feels little compassion toward the detainee’s supplications for an early delivery. Seeing little expectation in persuading Jack without help from anyone else, Stone sorts out for his better half, Lucetta (Milla Jovovich), to tempt the official, yet thought processes and aims consistently obscure in the midst of the interests and covered mysteries of the adulterated players in this destructive round of trickery.
